By accessing or using Ayple Connect, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors and registered users.
Ayple Connect provides digital workflow optimization, platform integration, and technology system solutions. The platform offers structured materials for navigation and process understanding. Services are provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to disrupt its operation. You must not attempt to access restricted areas, introduce malicious code, or misuse content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All content, including text, graphics, and software, is owned by Ayple Connect or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access.
Ayple Connect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last six months. This does not affect statutory rights where applicable.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms, at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property and liability survive termination.
